I have to admit when I first got laser in the mail I was afraid to use it. I just thought it would be my luck that I use this and it would permanently damage under my eyes. Finally after a week I took a whirl at it. I read the instructions thoroughly and set the laser on the low level. It definitely hurt and I experienced redness and swelling. I didn't panic because the instructions said that would be a side effect. I went to bed and the next morning I looked normal. So I kept using it everyday for a month and I just am amazed at the results. Ladies save your money and buy this product because I can't believe I look at least 10 years younger! Now I use the high setting and immediately after a session I hold an ice pack over my eyes. That seems to lessen the swelling and stinging for me. Also after a session the next day my under eyes are a little red. I just use concealer and no one notices. The results are subtle so no one knows that you are treating under your eyes. Just absolutely amazing! No cream can do what this laser does in removing under eye wrinkles. Well worth the money!

It actually made my wrinkle worse! Made face red..and redness turned into real dry skin...and that is with using the gel..and lots of lotion!

I have seen great results with this product around the eye area. The only problem is sometimes it's hard to make contact on bony areas. Now, we just need this to be approved for the entire face and lift the 25 zap limit and it would be absolutely perfect!

Very easy to use, good job there. Not painful at all and the instructions are excellent. I used it for a month and here is the rub: I can't say that I saw a difference. At first, you try to convince yourself that you do (because you paid so much for the product), but I could not see any visible improvement after a month.
My biggest beef with the product, though is this: Your eye area is RED for a month and it's not that easy to hide with makeup, you have to re-apply concealer throughout the day in my experience. I found it a bit misleading that the marketing brochure tells you to do it at night because the redness will be less pronounced in the morning. It is NOT less pronounced in the morning, it takes 3 days to fade, and since you use the product every day, you basically spend a month with red, puffy eyes. I could have lived with it had I seen results, but I did not.

I have been using Palovia for over a month now & the results are unbelievable! The deep lines & bags I had underneath my eyes are completely gone! This product delivers and for the price, which upfront may seem high, it is cost-effective. I must have spent thousands of dollars on creams and salves that promise to erase wrinkles and they only make improvements around the margins. I purchased PaloVia about four months ago. Didn't start using it until a month later I am AMAZED at the results. The skin under my eyes is so smooth, my wrinkles have just about ALL disappeared. My eyes look wonderful. I actually used it for LESS amount of time than recommended and STILL have these great results.

Unfortunately, this product did not work for me. I used it every day for almost 6 weeks, mostly on the lowest setting and sometimes the medium. Only 2 days I choose not to use it, as the redness around my eyes was so noticeable. No one told me I looked good or refreshed, just asked with concern "what happened to your eyes"?? It seems to work as an irritant on your skin, so it does puff it up for a day or two, and then I suppose it is harder to notice wrinkles, as it is puffy and red. I am 41, in good shape and good skin, but have some wrinkles especially around my eyes. I have had other laser treatments at a doctors office with varying results. Unfortunately, this one did not work for me and will be going back.
