I am 42 and use this daily so far this is 1 month. It does work well. The 2 things about it that need improving are... Only one person can use it a day. It resets after each use and can't be used again for 8 hours. So multiple users is a no. The second thing is it "interrupts" constantly. If you have high cheek bones its hard to get a solid contact. Otherwise it works, its easy, and does not hurt. I know the reply will be an canned copy and paste so don't bother. I can read the 40 others where you did that. Anyone else want to reply to this, I will be honest and tell you from a customer point of view and not a sales person.

I'm Sorry... TOO PAINFUL!

This device seemed to work really well. Was very easy to use. The first 5 days were fine but I had to take a 2 day break. Then I used it for 3 days and had to take a 2 day break. Then I used it for 2 more days and had to stop. I ended up getting some bruising that was quite painful. I decided that I did not want to continue to be in pain or have red skin around my eyes anymore so I sent it back.
Another thing is that I do not wear make-up all the time but had to with this.
It has taken me almost 2 weeks to heal from the bruising. If you have tough skin... go ahead and try it! It might workd just fine for you. It did help me with the sagging under my eyes. So, if you can tolerate it... go for it!.

This is easy to use and cost effective.

I have only used this for a short amount of time. It is easy to use. I would not use this everyday since it causes some redness and dryness of the skin. I do not like to use much makeup to cover the effects of treatment which can further dry my skin. It is very similar to treatments for thousands of dollars in a doctors office.

This product limits your use to 25 pulses in 8 hours. I find it misfires often, giving fewer pulses to use. You must hold it perfectly still,and be at JUST the right angle,,, to keep it from misfiring. For those of us in need of help with wrinkles, we have medications, caffeine, or difficulty holding perfectly still to prevent losing half to misfiring.My sister and I decided to share this due to costs and practicality of not needing to pay thousands,make appointments,use more gasoline, and being at the mercy of the aestheticians' schedules. It is user unfriendly.

My eye lids became wider

I only expected the wrinkles under my eyes to be diminished. However, weeks later I noticed that I have eye lids again. I don't understand since I only use it underneath my eyes as the directions advise, but HEY...I'm not complaining. I do look much, much younger. Thank you so much!

I wish that I could have left good feedback but for what it did for me I just couldn't. I followed the instructions precisely and used it for a month every day. I believe looking in the mirror that not only did I see absolutely no change in the wrinkles but my face really looked worse. My face was dry and it just seemed even older than before I started. I know that I can return it to in 90 days so I am not at all complaining about their return policy. I just thought that the 8% that were not happy should be heard. I really wanted to believe that if 92% of the people who bought this were happy this would work for me too! I really wanted this to work. It has been 4 weeks but I am going to keep doing the second phase for another month. If by chance that all of the sudden I see improvements, I will write again.

I have to admit when I first got laser in the mail I was afraid to use it. I just thought it would be my luck that I use this and it would permanently damage under my eyes. Finally after a week I took a whirl at it. I read the instructions thoroughly and set the laser on the low level. It definitely hurt and I experienced redness and swelling. I didn't panic because the instructions said that would be a side effect. I went to bed and the next morning I looked normal. So I kept using it everyday for a month and I just am amazed at the results. Ladies save your money and buy this product because I can't believe I look at least 10 years younger! Now I use the high setting and immediately after a session I hold an ice pack over my eyes. That seems to lessen the swelling and stinging for me. Also after a session the next day my under eyes are a little red. I just use concealer and no one notices. The results are subtle so no one knows that you are treating under your eyes. Just absolutely amazing! No cream can do what this laser does in removing under eye wrinkles. Well worth the money!
